More sustainability. Less waste

We are working every day to make our packaging sustainable, more circular and less impactful at the end of their life circle, our priorities are:

Reduce packaging as much as possible

We all know that packaging is needed, it is what protect our food, ensure hygiene, and prevents food waste, that is one of the biggest sources on greenhouse gas generation, but we are developing most optimized packaging, only making use of what is essentially needed and rid of plastic when possible… For example, we are moving 80% of our Oumph! range from plastic bags to fully recyclable carton boxes, and this is only the beginning…

Make our packaging fully recyclable

We are making all our cardboard and plastic packaging fully recyclable where collection and recycling infrastructures are available, still not all our packaging is recyclable, but this is one of the main priorities for our team.

Include recycled content as much and possible

We are including recycled content to close the loop! All our plastic trays and corrugates have recycled content and we are pushing forward to increase the amount and to include recycled content to more packages.

In two generations people will look back and say ‘Why were we ever eating animals at all?’
