I have seen first-hand what plant-based living can do for a person’s mind, body and soul.
Passionate about plant-based living, Tammy embodies health and wellness. She is a certified plant-based nutritionist and advocate—enabling others to live a happier and more energetic lifestyle through plant-based nutrition is the cornerstone of Tammy’s passion.
While she was a vegetarian from birth, her father, Wally Fry, grew up as an animal farmer where meat was a staple in his everyday diet. Tammy’s mother, Debbie Fry, also a lifelong vegetarian, helped to inspire Wally to embrace a vegetarian diet. This sparked the creation of The Fry Family Food Company.
Tammy is known for plant-based advocacy and lifestyle support through her blog, her social media platforms and popular SEED Workshops which sell out across South Africa and Australia. Made with Love & Plants is the coming together of a long-standing dream of hers to pull all her SEED solutions into one, beautiful, easy to navigate book.
Tammy says, “I am so proud of this book. I have spent years learning and understanding the practise of plant-based living. I have felt and seen first-hand what it can do for a person’s mind, body and soul and I hope this book will both inspire people into their own journey and support those that are already on one.”
