LIVEKINDLY Collective, a global plant-based food producer, today announced its partnership with TiNDLE Foods to manufacture and distribute TiNDLE’s products across foodservice and online channels in the U.S., Germany, and the UK. TiNDLE Foods is best known for its award-winning plant-based chicken. With TiNDLE’s strong foodservice presence, the partnership will strengthen LIVEKINDLY Collective’s offering in the respective markets, further building on LKC’s recent profit-turning momentum.

“LIVEKINDLY Collective fosters brands as well as serving B2B customers with private-label products, but we are also strong in food service. Until recently we have been focused on growing organically by utilizing our assets, with brands and B2B production leading the charge, but being financially secure allowed us to explore inorganic growth opportunities, too.” said David Suarez, CEO of LIVEKINDLY Collective. “We are enthusiastic about the partnership with TiNDLE. This move represents a considerable opportunity, and we are ready to tap into it and bring tasty plant-based protein to people on a bigger scale, through food service and emerging channels. With the backing of our network, production capabilities, and operational know-how, we will continue to expand our plant-based food portfolios and advance our mission to transform the food system.”

Since its inception in 2020, LKC has acquired multiple plant-based brands, of which LIKE (formerly LikeMeat) in Germany, Fry’s in South Africa, Oumph! in the Nordics, and NoMeat in the UK have demonstrated continuous growth and are trusted brands in their respective markets. The company has also invested in modernizing three strategically located pure-play factories: in Oss (the Netherlands), Stora Levene (Sweden), and Pinetown (South Africa). Since launching the B2B and Private Label Solutions business streams nearly two years ago, LKC has expanded production rapidly, now shipping worldwide to 19 countries across five continents and adding customers with both private-label and branded products. In 2024 alone, the B2B business achieved 48% growth, with a projected increase of 120% in 2025.
